Terms and Conditions for Stinks Legitimate Landworks

Services Provided 
 

Stinks Legitimate Landworks offers land-related services including but not limited to: 
 

  • Land excavation

  • Land clearing and grading 
     

  • Structure demolition 
     

  • Culvert installation, replacement, and repair

  • Driveway Repair
     

All services are subject to availability and confirmation following a consultation or quote.

Quotes and Pricing 

​

  • All quotes provided are estimates and may change based on on-site conditions or changes to project scope. 

​

  • A final price will be confirmed before any work begins. 

​

  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hidden debris, weather delays or market fluctuation). 

​

Scheduling and Cancellations 

​

  • Scheduling is subject to availability. 

​

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. 

​

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety issues, or equipment availability. 

​

  • By accepting / scheduling a quote / estimate or job, you agree to our terms and conditions listed.

Client Responsibilities 

​

By agreeing to our services, you represent that: 

​

  • You are the property owner or authorized to approve work on the property. 

  • The work area is accessible and free of hazardous materials or conditions. 

  • You have disclosed any known underground utilities or structures in the work zone.

  • Payment is required within 48hrs of completion of specified job – unless otherwise arranged. Some jobs may require a deposit for equipment, materials specific to the job, etc. which will be discussed / arranged and agreed to before work begins

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality work, Stinks Legitimate Landworks is not liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages 

​

  • Damage resulting from undisclosed underground infrastructure 

​

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment issues) 

​

Intellectual Property 

​

All content on this website—including text, logos, photos, and graphics—is the property of Stinks Legitimate Landworks unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Privacy 

​
