Refund Policy for Stinks Legitimate Landworks
Effective Date: May 8th, 2025
At Stinks Legitimate Landworks, we stand behind the quality of our land excavation, demolition, and related services. Because our work involves labor, equipment, and project-specific planning, we have the following refund and cancellation policy in place.
Service Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit to secure your place on our schedule and cover initial planning or material costs.

Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start date.

If Stinks Legitimate Landworks cancels the job for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellations
If you cancel your service after scheduling:

More than 48 hours before work begins: Full refund of any prepaid amount (minus non-refundable deposit, if applicable).

Less than 48 hours before work begins: A cancellation fee may apply to cover mobilization costs.
Work Already Performed
Once work has started:

No refunds will be issued for labor or services already completed.

If you are dissatisfied with the work, please contact us within 3 business days. We will assess the situation and may offer corrective services or a partial refund at our discretion, depending on the issue.
Weather & Delays
If weather, site conditions, or unforeseen issues delay a project:

We will reschedule at no cost.

Refunds are not issued for delays outside our control unless the job is canceled by mutual agreement.
Materials and Equipment

Any materials purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable once ordered.

If your project is canceled after materials have been ordered, you may be charged for the cost of those materials.
